I made tortillas from scratch for our last taco meal. They tasted better than the store bought ones, but were a little difficult to get right. Getting the right amount of flour, and making them thin enough weren’t that easy, but as soon as I got the hang of it, I’d love to try again. Next time I’m trying to exchange some or all of the flour with maiz flour (corn flour) and maybe add some herbs or garlic (or both).

 

What you need is:

7,5 dl of wheat flour

1 ts salt

1 ts baking powder

0,5 dl of oil

2-3 dl of water
